Deutsche Reihenhaus AG is developing 17 serial terraced houses on a former brownfield site in Edingen-Neckarhausen. The Cologne-based property developer is using the project to address local housing shortages through brownfield regeneration. Serial construction methods allow the company to build standardised units more quickly than traditional methods.
